The Apartments

Marina Terrace Apartments comprise 44 three-bedroom luxury residences at the heart of Wanaka’s vibrant waterfront precinct on Lake Wanaka. Spread over seven blocks of two or three levels the apartments will have panoramic views over the beautiful lake towards Black Peak, Fog Peak and the Buchanan Mountains, and are just two minutes walk from restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping in town.

Architecturally designed by Dunedin-based architects Mason & Wales, these beautifully appointed apartments are stylish and contemporary with modern functionality and have been designed to capture the essence of this extraordinary location. Use of some timbers with schist stone features conveys an ageless quality.

Managed Rental Pool

There will be a managed rental pool offered at Marina Terrace Apartments. Owners may choose whether to be part of the rental pool or not, and they can choose the length of time an apartment is part of the pool. There are no restrictions on this in order to offer maximum flexibility to owners.

The apartments have been designed to be extremely versatile in terms of letting options and offer a number of different combinations for letting different parts of an apartment or letting the whole apartment. The three-bedroom apartments offer multiple keyed letting combinations in order to maximise rental revenue opportunities from different sectors of the market. For example, owners may wish to stay in part of their apartments while at the same time renting other rooms as hotel rooms. The apartments have been designed to make this possible.

It is expected that an on-site manager will manage the rental pool and body corporate.
